Bolanle is a People Leader with 20 years of professional experience in strategic people management, human resource consulting, people transformation, employee value proposition and Diversity & Inclusion.
She is currently the Director of People for Middle East at McKinsey and Company where she oversees all people-related activities. Before moving to the Middle East, Bolanle held a similar role leading the people function for McKinsey in Africa.
Bolanle holds a Master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Manchester and Bachelor of Arts in English language from the Lagos State University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and an Accredited Level 2 MBTI Professional.
